Mount Carmel Guild is pleased to welcome two new members to its team this quarter: Marion Friedman as Director of the Community Support Program and Elbanny Martinez as Lead Case Worker. Their addition reflects the Guild’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its human resources, ensuring continued growth and success in serving the community.
Marion Friedman brings a wealth of experience in program management and currently represents Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton through our shared food pantry.
Her expertise has already been instrumental in strengthening service output at the Guild, and we look forward to the impact she will continue to have in helping to expand and enhance our program.
As Direct Supervisor for our Lead Case Worker, Marion will oversee the coordination of community support efforts, working closely with staff and partners to optimize services for those in need.
Joining her in this mission is Elbanny Martinez, our new Lead Case Worker. With the number of Spanish-speaking care receivers steadily increasing, Elbanny’s bilingual skills will be invaluable in providing more accessible and effective support. In addition to assisting care receivers directly, she will manage care receiver registration, attendance to wraparound services, and food pantry maintenance, while also coordinating efforts with donors and suppliers.
The Guild extends warm welcome to both Marion and Elbanny. We are excited about their contributions and the vital role they will play in helping to enhance our food pantry operations, while ensuring that all care receivers obtain the support they need.
