Always Needed Positions:
Pantry Receptionist: Works morning or afternoon hours. Duties include receiving incoming telephone calls and data entry.
Pantry Host: Works Mondays and Fridays. Duties include assisting care receivers navigate the selection of food items from pre-stocked shelves (9:15 am - 11:45 am). Wednesdays (12:30 pm - 3:15 pm).
Administrative Support: Works Mondays through Fridays as needed. Duties include filing, receiving incoming telephone calls, mailings, scheduling, maintaining office supplies etc.
Other duties related to all positions may include conducting client experience surveys, assisting with organizing Guild events, receiving and documenting supplier goods and/or donations, stocking food shelves and maintaining inventory.
